The founder and Executive Director of Downtown Bernardsville, Olivia is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. She started her career in restaurants at 18 and has conducted every level of event management since. From planning and managing events, to cooking and providing service for an array of catering events. During this time, Olivia spent 3 years in corporate marketing, developing an affinity for buyer behaviors and promotional tactics. She is currently the marketing director for the Wavelength Companies, including Wavelength Audio Video and Wavelength Automotive in Bernardsville and Basking Ridge.
Director, Organization Committee/Fundraising
Patrice O’Regan Cummings has lived in Bernardsville with her husband, Tom, since 1992. A graduate of Villanova University, Patrice has been a Buyer for Macy’s, National Sales Manager for Corning, Inc., and Vice President of Merchandising for American Standard. Most recently, she has embarked upon a second career in nonprofit administration and development, as a former Executive Director for the Somerset Hills Education Foundation, former Vice President of the Bernardsville Library Board of Trustees, and most recently as a trustee of the boards of the Bernardsville Library Foundation and Downtown Bernardsville. Patrice will earn a Master of Science in Nonprofit Administration from LSU Shreveport in May of 2021. “I am thrilled to join Downtown Bernardsville and grateful to be part of this dynamic group of Bernardsville citizens, elected officials, and business leaders who have joined together to revitalize our beautiful, historic, thriving downtown.”
Director/Promotion Committee Chair
Amiee is a driven, award-winning PR expert with nearly twenty years of experience providing strategic financial communications and leading successful campaigns. Directed accounts and public relations campaigns in financial services for asset management/mutual fund and fintech firms, private equity, hedge funds and financial advisors/wealth managers. Amiee has expertise in branding, media training, message development and fully integrated communications campaigns designed to reach clients’ target audiences. Amiee is a Bernardsville resident and also serves on the Mayor’s Cultural Arts Committee for the Borough of Bernardsville.
Director, Organization Committee
Mary Jane is Bernardsville Borough’s Mayor and a Bernardsville resident. She assists Bernardsville Special Events as a borough liaison and is chair of Bernardsville Restaurant Week.
Amy Shaver joined Downtown Bernardsville as a Director and Treasurer for the organization. Amy, her husband, and 3 young children have lived in Bernardsville for the past 5 years. Amy is a Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) having earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Marist College. Amy began her career working for a Big Four accounting firm and has gone on to work for two Fortune 500 Companies in their Accounting/Finance departments. “I choose to volunteer for Downtown Bernardsville because I want this town to be everything my children dream of and more during their childhood. I am so proud to be a resident of this wonderful town and community.”

Cheryl is a 30-year resident of Bernardsville. For the last 11-years, she has been a local Realtor. Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, and has previous sales and marketing experience. She is dedicated to making Bernardsville a place people love to call home, as well as a destination people love to come visit. She is keenly aware of what people value in a downtown area and is eager to move forward with members of the community to revitalize our downtown.
Director/ Financial Committee
Chris moved to Bernardsville with his wife and their family in 2016 after completing a fifteen year stint living abroad in Bermuda. Chris’ wife, Patty, moved to Bernardsville with her family in 1980 and graduated BMS and BHS. Chris currently works with global institutional investors in forming strategic capital partnerships for his Fortune 500 employer and has a keen interest in historic real estate. Chris has completed executive education at Harvard University, has an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson with concentration in Investments, and is a graduate of Susquehanna University with BS in Accounting and an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate. Chris is highly motivated to work with his neighbors to implement change that adds to the vibrancy and pride of the community.
Director, Promotions Committee/Special Events
Bob is the Recreation Director for the Borough of Bernardsville. He has 15 years of Parks and Recreation experience, including 7 years supervising community programming in Manhattan for NYC Parks. Bob came to Bernardsville to take on the unique opportunities of expanding parks, recreation, and special event offerings throughout the borough. He is enthusiastic about using his diverse professional background to benefit Downtown Bernardsville by facilitating more ways to bring this special community together.
